Namaste Woodies. Last weekend, the organisers of the Byron Bay Surf Festival hosted the "Woodshed" an invitation to wooden surfboard builders anywhere to exhibit their latest creations. It was a great day catching up with fellow board builders and like minded artists and spreading the wooden surfboard message to festival goers. Some awesome boards were on display highlighting new and innovative ideas in surfboard design such as Tom Wegener's "corky" boards and Steve Hann's compsand performance sticks. Here's a few photos from Neil Griffith (aka Briney) of the day.
